为了产生优质的聚焦能力与效率，本研究采用目前具有最高绕射效率( 80 ~ 90 % )的重铬酸明胶材料作为感光剂，除了自行调制药剂比例成分，并依严格的制作步制成重铬酸明胶全像片外，并采用不同角度重覆曝光方式改良干涉式波带板无法自动追踪的缺点，经过多次试验与改进，藉以形成具备高绕射效率和自动追踪功能的全像光学波带板。
